The hygienist was pushy, shouting, and she doesn't obtain consent; if you ask a question or object to a certain aspect of the work, she just says she is going to do it and moves right in. If you think it couldn't get worse, the dentist speaks at twice the volume as the hygienist; someone across the street could have heard him, even though I was a foot away. Completely unnecessary and unpleasant. I walked out and notified insurance. I have never had an experience like this in a dental office. Maybe there's a reason I was the only patient. The only personable staff were the office personnel. I highly recommend you seek your dental care elsewhere.

Dr. Mah is wonderful! He is very thorough on explaining everything that he is going to do and comes up with a reasonable plan to work with your needs. He asks multiple times if you’re okay to make sure you aren’t uncomfortable or hurt. I haven’t been to the dentist in several years and he didn’t make me feel bad about it. Definitely recommend. The staff is also so wonderful and kind.
